Lauren KetchamLauren Ketcham is the Communications Coordinator for the Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association, a state-wide coalition of farmers, consumers, retailers, educators, and others working to promote local and organic food systems through education, advocacy and grassroots organizing. Previously, as an environmental advocate in New Mexico, Ketcham organized successful campaigns to set stricter pollution standards for automobiles, increase renewable energy production and to block a multi-million dollar developer sprawl subsidy. She also served on the board of the Appalachian Peoples’ Action Coalition, the City of Albuquerque Climate Action Taskforce, the New Mexico Coalition for Clean Affordable Energy, the New Mexico Mid-Region Council of Governments and held research positions with New Mexico State University.
